Foreigners have been given exhaustive explanation about the acting migration legislation, including the consequence of aministrative expulsion out of the country. The operation gave an obvious result: from the number of the violatiors of the passport and visa order more then 2000 persons have used the amnesty and after the application of minimal penal sanctions, they returned voluntarily to their countries of origin, said N. Skorik. Besides, from the beginning of 2005 from the territory of the Russian Federation 7403 foreigners have been expelled, for crudely and maliciously violating Russian legislation, avoiding registration and for not returning to their native lands by the proper date they were authorized to stay, he added.
