Spanish racist arrested thanks to CCTV cameras

A 21 year old Spanish man was arrested following a premeditated attack on an Ecuadorian girl which took place on a passenger train. The attack was recorded by CCTV cameras. The video of the attack, which was put on several Spanish news websites, shows the 16 year old girl being beaten by the skinhead. Before getting off the train, the attacker struck the girl on the head and told her to return to her own country. The victim is still in a state of psychological distress. The police were able to identify the attacker and arrest him.
