Ben-Gvir was accused of creating posters and headers with inscriptions such as "Expel the Arab Enemy!" and "Rabbi Kahane was Right: Arab Deputies are the Fifth Column!". The court has charged Ben-Gvir with two other charges. "The legal system has given Bshare and Arabian poets freedom of speech, but it rendered an accusatory verdict against me. It again shows that some Israeli judges are double-faced men", Ben-Gvir declared after hearing the judgment. On June 10th the Global Court of Jerusalem sentenced Ajalu Ben�Gvir, Itamar Ben-Gvir�s wife, to 300 hours of community work for the non-authorized protest against the evacuation of the Jewish settlements from Gaza and Northern Samaria.
